Description / 0603 SMD Pure Green - Ultra Bright LED
The 0603 Pure Green SMD LED (1.6 × 0.8mm, metric 1608) is the most widely used SMD indicator size in both hobbyist and production PCB work — small enough for tight layouts, large enough to hand-solder reliably with flux and a fine-tip iron. Pure green (525nm) reads visibly brighter and more saturated than standard green — good for high-contrast status indicators.

Hand-solderable with a fine-tip iron and flux paste. Easier than 0402, still small enough for tight decoder and PCB layouts.
