The 5mm 12V Pre-Wired Warm White LED ships ready to install with Approximately 15cm (6 inches) leads and a built-in current-limiting resistor. Connect directly to model railroad 12V accessory bus, automotive 12V system, RV house battery, marine 12V bus, or 12V DC power supply — no resistor calculation and no extra components needed. The most popular pre-wired led for model railroad building interiors — warm white (~3000k) produces the realistic glow of incandescent room lighting at ho and n scale.
Warm white is the #1 choice for model railroad structure lighting. The ~3000K color temperature simulates the warm glow of incandescent bulbs — exactly what residential building interiors look like at scale.
The 5mm (T-1¾) head is the most popular standard DIP size. Fits all standard 5mm LED holders, bezels, and panel-mount clips. Versatile for model railroad structures, automotive, RC vehicles, and panel indicators.

Wiring
Red wire = positive (+). Black wire = negative (−). Reversing the wires will not damage the LED, but it will not light.
