Xbox 360 Ring of Light (ROL) Mod
Xbox 360 Ring of Light (ROL) Mod — Slim covers ROL board replacements and LED mod supplies for the Xbox 360 Slim (the later, smaller revision of the console). The Slim’s ROL assembly differs from the Phat — the board shape and LED positions are not interchangeable between the two models, so ensure any replacement is specified for the Slim.
As with the Phat, the most popular Slim mod is changing the Ring of Light from factory green to a custom color. Niktronix pre-modded Slim ROL boards (where available) provide the same drop-in convenience: open the Slim shell (Torx T8 required), swap the board, reassemble.
