Another modding necessity! If you are soldering 0603 smds/leds you will need a pair of these, that is guaranteed! These are also helpful in soldering small wire (30 awg). It helps in handling and is useful to get the stubborn wire into the exact place while you solder it. The straight tipped tweezers are simply another option to the curl / curved tipped tweezers. Some prefer one style or the other, it simply comes down to preference. We do know that either style will get the job done. The straight tipped tweezers are anti-magnetic and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safe. These are two very important features to have when working with electronics.
