Broken - Xbox 360 DVD Drive BenQ VAD6038

A dvd drive that produces an error when trying to load a game. It says please insert an Xbox 360 Disc. It will not play games or dvds. The DVD drive has very little usage and we are not sure why it does not work. It could be a dirty lense or the laser/track could be a little out of line. We were told the Xbox 360 was dropped from a couple feet and that is when it started producing the error. The drive has not been opened and examined, therefore it is completely stock and has not been tampered with at all.
